Absolutely everything!! The friendly staff, the view, comfortable bed, the shower with a view of the bay, the food was delicious, the different areas to relax and have a drink. I loved the unexpected treats like a welcome drink upon arrival and the surprise mini dessert along with water that was brought to our room right when I was preparing myself a cup of tea.. what a delight that was. I would highly recommend this place, it's very relaxing, loved the artwork along with the pool and garden area as well. The staff definitely needs to take credit as well, they made our stay here even more special. Thank you very much!! We will definitely be back again.

We loved the "Sweet Dreams" note every evening from housekeepers Thembi and Megan, accompanied by a delightful surprise, such as a Koeksister, along with a fun fact before bedtime explaining more about this traditional Afrikaner confectionery. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (included in our rate), and dinner was exquisite. The staff provided impeccable service, meticulously understanding the intricacies of the kitchen and food preparation. They were always smiling and eager to assist or please. Parking was ample, and the overall experience exuded safety and perfection.

Amazing hotel. Really clean and comfortable, fab shower, stunning views and nicely decorated. Great breakfast with lots of choice and dinner in the restaurant was good too. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pools due to the weather but they looked great as well with lots of lovely sculptures.

The location of Sky Villa is spectacular with breathtaking views over lagoon and ocean. The hotel is spacious with spectaculair paintings and bronze sculptures. There are plenty of shady places to sit when wanting to shield from rain or sun. And of course the two swimming pools are very inviting for regular swims.

Immaculate hotel well appointed upgraded room to the main hotel as opposed to the annex we had booked which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic views over Plettenberg bay and the bonus of watching the whales and beautiful sunrises. Comfortable bed and well decorated throughout the hotel with amazing garden sculptures. Excellent food with fab views in the restaurant and very welcoming and friendly staff. We will be back!

The stuff was very welcoming and professional, the lady at the reception with braids,dark skinned and with a bit of lisp took good care of us from the minute we stepped into the premises, I remember we wanted to go check somewhere else because we felt it was too expensive , she convinced us to stay and convinced us that it was good value for money and we ended up booking and boy we don’t regret booking at sky villa, everything was perfect. The views are amazing, the restaurant is so classy and beautiful with beautiful views OMG The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner Everything was perfect , we loved it and we will definitely come back😘

The decor and views from every area were amazing. The crackling fireplaces made the whole place so cozy even on those extremely cold Plett days. Food is exceptional! The staff pay attention to detail and make your experience feel very personalized. They are willing to assist with anything to make your stay more comfortable. Luxury at its best. Would definitely recommend this one.
